THIS SCOOTER CANNOT BE SOLD TO RESIDENT IN CALIFORNIA AND CANNOT BE REGISTERED IN CALIFORNIA!The Scooter does not have title, BILL OF SALE ONLY!!!!!! THE CALIFORNIA DMV HAS THIS SCOOTER IN THE SYSTEM AS NOT REGISTERABLE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA!!!! VEHICLE IN CALIFORNIA HAS TO HAVE XXXX MILES OR MORE! THIS ONE HAS NOT AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE REGISTERED!!!!!!!! DON'T THINK YOU CAN RIDE IT OR ELSE!!!!!! HAS TO BE TRUCKED OUT OF CALIFORNIA.It runs and drives. It is in rough condition, not sure what the previous owner did with it. Almost every plastic panel is broken and some missing. The battery is brand new.
