In excellent, like new condition, REALLY.  am the original owner.  Purchased for my kids and was never really ridden.  used it few times as pit bike at places like Pocono Raceway to get to the bathroom and back LOL. Always kept indoors.  Last weekend flushed the gas tank, cleaned out the carburetor and dropped in new main jet and pilot jet.  little fresh gas and she started on the second kick and sounds like brand new bike from the dealer.   
I just checked the Honda website and they now longer sell the CRFXXF model.  That's too bad because the XXF seemed to rev harder than the CRFXXXs from what we found.  Last checked they were selling new at the dealer for $X,XXX list.  They do sell new CRFXXXF now for about $XXXX.  If you are in the market for one of these take look, don't think you'll find cleaner CRF-XXF unless the local dealer still has few in inventory.
If you know about the Honda air cooled engines on these little CRF's, there hasn't been any meaningful changes to the engine and drive train on these bikes in XX+ years!  That's good thing because all you have to do to this bike is change the oil and clean the air filter on reasonable schedule and they will run forever.
This is an ideal first bike for young rider or an awesome pit bike or mini moto platform.  It's great for off road trail riding and with speed manual transmission it's great training bike for riders of all ages.
Wrap this up early for Christmas and SAVE BIG $$$
