 Greetings from South Florida Custom Harley Davidson fans, It's Jim Mahan here from Treasure Coast Harley Davidson, presenting very special Motorcycle that could very simply be right out of the movie Mad Max, The Road Warrior". The Story...........Much like in New England (where hail from) the Motorcycle business experiences seasonality in South Florida. In New England, cold weather, ice, sleet and blizzards park the Motorcycles for period of time until that Spring thaw returns the sounds of Twins to the roads. Now, certainly the weather is not as extreme as Nor'easter down here in Florida (sorry for the winter of XXXX all) but, brutally hot weather, the rainy season as well as Hurricane season will park our bikes for time. What does Treasure Coast Harley Davidson do when we slow down bit and have available hours in our Service Department We build the "Road Warrior" !!! This project started with a  cherry XXXX Harley Davidson FLTRSEXX CVO Road Glide from our selection of fantastic Pre-Owned Motorcycles. From there we took couple years, when hours in the shop became available and let my Certified Technicians have at it. Here is breakdown on this very special Motorcycle.

Motorcycle was stripped to the frame and sent to my friend renowned Custom Motorcycle builder Eddie Trotta for proper rake, neck work and refinishing at Thunder Cycles.
 Frame Raked Stretched Refinished for XX" Wheel fitment at Thunder Cycles complete with HHI Degree Billet Triple Trees.

Suspension- Progressive Suspension Complete Cartridge Front end kit installed in HHI Single sided Bomber Legs Progressive Suspension Contrast Cut Billet Adjustable XXX Rear Shocks. Fat Baggers Inc. XXXmm Rear Tire Swingarm Chrome ) / Axle Primary Spacer kit.

Wheels/ Tires Brakes Performance Machine Racine Platinum Cut Wheel Set with Matching Rotors (XX" Front Single Sided) XX" Front, XX" Rear, Avon Venom XXX/XX/XX, Vee Rubber XXX/XX/XX. Performance Drivetrain & Twin Cam XXX Polished. When & Motor is ordered polished there is plenty more polishing that can be done Between Fins, Cylinder bases etc....) so the motor was completely disassembled and sent to David Bell in NH for his special treatment of true show polishing, this includes the entire Transmission case.  This Brand New & Twin Cam XXX was balanced with blower pistons, reassembled with all new bearings, gaskets and seals. Outer Covers were power coated to pick up on that edge cut theme. Mikuni XXmm Modified Carburetor, Complete Polished powder coated Pro Charger Super Charger with Inter Cooler. Daytona Twin Tec Programmable Ignition, AIM Products Pro Charger Clutch Kit with Variable Pressure Plate, Complete Bullet Proof Speed (Drag Racers know this is "The Trans to use") Rebuild using only the finest Baker Drivetrain Components including Compensator and Primary Upgrades. Paul Yaffe Phantom Exhaust Pipe Modified and Ceramic Coated. Harley Davidson Oil Cooler, Harley Davidson High Torque Chrome Starter, Primo Rivera Ring Gear kit, Alternator and Stator upgrade, SE Plug Wires, Chrome Inner Primary Kit, Stainless Steel Hardware throughout the entire build, New Main Wiring Harness, Drive belt, you name it it's fresh.
