This is XXXX Harley-Davidson EL Knucklehead. This bike is very original survivor having never been fully restored. The bike was in the same family since the late XXXX's. It's real original XXXX knucklehead, not pieced together machine like many other early knuckleheads today. The motor has matchin cases with the correct fin cylinders and XXXX heads. Rocker covers still have the XXXX only round head screws! There are no broken fins or repairs on the cases. Correct XXXX trans with early style starter crank and two piece clutch release arm. The bike also has the correct XXXX embossed top oil tank, dash cover and base and early narrow primary and clutch. The original handlebars have been chromed and there is some minor damage to left side of bars. See picture. The frame is the correct XX frame with welded closed brake stay. Frame has one repair to left side of front motor mount. See pic in listing. Clutch rocker pedal is XXXX and later. Wheels are later XX". Gas tanks are original XXXX tanks with XX-XX emblems. Rear fender is original XXXX and front fender is original HD but later wide brace style. Gas caps and saddlebags are repop. The bike is currently operational and runs great.
