Welcome to the auction of my XXXX Honda CBR XXX-RR.
Bike has been dry stored and unused for the last years, so its time to sell my bike to make space in the garage for something might actually use!
It currently has, XX,XXX miles brought in XXXX with XX,XXX miles in Cardiff. the only major use its had since was riding it back to cornwall! other than that it came out on the occasional dry day.
MOT ran out in XXXX and hasn't been used since, apart from up and down private road to keep the parts moving and then taken to the garage for its MOT.
It currently has no MOT and under the new laws cannot transfer tax.
Brand new Metzler ZX tyres ??XXX for the pair, covered maybe XX miles, still got the new glaze, so not even scrubbed in, and fitted a micron tri-oval twin port under seat exhaust and down pipe brought last year not a lot of change from ??XXX.
Smoked screen with anodised black bolts, anodised black cotton reels, and nice tail tidy fitted. Front carbon effect spear indicators and mini rear.
It has a data tool alarm and immobiliser fitted. Very loud... anybody fiddles with the bike it will go off and is certain deterrent.
The bike will come with disc lock, paddock stands and trickle charger. also have some fairing crash bobbins for it.
Bad points
Went for its MOT few weeks back, Failed on fork seal leaking that has leaked onto the pads, So will need fork seal replacing and new brake pads. Advisories were the bent brake lever and the chain needs tensioning slightly. fork seal kit less than ??XX on eBay and set of brake pads not much more. have copy of the Failed MOT cert to prove this is all it needs.
Right hand side rear set (brake lever slightly bent.) This rear set could do with replacing, easy to obtain from breaker.
Small scratch on engine outer casing, and front brake lever.
Piece of fairing covering the intake has cracked the retaining clip.
All of these things are shown in the Pictures.
The bike isn't perfect and have been completely honest in my description, and the pictures also reflect the above. This is an XX year old bike but the mileage is next to nothing. There isn't many around as clean with such low mileage.
Bike is priced to sell, I'm open to sensible offers, so please message me with your interest, but please don't waste my time or your own trying to tell me what its worth etc. Please don't click buy it now if you don't have the funds, test ride is available if cash is in my hand otherwise, you can watch me ride it to show everything is in good functioning order, other than the points stated above.
CASH ON COLLECTION Could maybe come up with delivery but at ??X mile and as I'm coming from cornwall this would have to be paid before set off.
