Honda CLXXX, just imported direct from Japan. Lovely classic styling coupled with legendary Honda build quality.
Only XXXXkm, that's around XXXX miles.
Already UK registered, the date of original registration in Japan was December XXXX, so she is now registered on XXXX 'S' UK registration number, has MOT until July XXXX.
When she arrived from Japan the old fuel was drained, some fresh fuel was added, new battery was fitted and new spark plug, she fired into life with just few kicks. She went straight through the MOT with no advisories.
Has new O-ring chain, new front tyre and as mentioned above, new battery and spark plug. Starts, rides, stops, does everything that it should.
Rather than do what most sellers do and just write about the good bits that you can already see in the pics I'll draw your attention to couple of areas that aren't perfect; there is little bit of pitting in the chrome in places most CLs have this, it's just case of whether the seller has polished the bike and taken sympathetic pics and then 'forgotten' to mention it, the paint on the bar ends isn't scuffed but it is bit tatty, on the bottom edge of the fuel tank the paint has been touched up, I'm guessing that the paint was pitted, it looks like it's been touched in with small brush.
Apart from that she's nice unmolested example.
Comes with UK VXc registration document, the MOT of course, copy of the original Japanese log book, copy of the NOVA certificate to show that the VAT etc was all correctly paid,
