Here we have the uber rare CBXXX Phil Read Replica from XXXX.
Only XXX of these were produced to celebrate Phils tt win of XXXX using the CBXXX FX as the base bike. Colin Seeley was commissioned by Honda to produce XXX units but due to disagreement only produced XXX examples.It is rumoured that only XX of these bikes remain so rare is an accurate description
I bought this bike four years ago from chap who had owned it since XXXX with the intention of restoring her.It was always at the back of the queue when it came to restoration probably because quite liked the originality of it.
The bike is complete as far as can tell with all the correct parts.
The original came with bespoke black  megaphone exhaust one of which happen to have found on ebay few years ago, this will of course come with the bike.
I dont think this bike has been ridden for twenty years or so therefore is in need of full restoration.
The bike was started using the kickstart when got her four years or so ago and ran surprisingly well with no smoke or camchain rattle.She will, definitely need an oil change and carb clean before any attempt is made to start her now. 
I have NOS chrome chain guard that would have been the correct fitment at the time. 
Ive also got an original airbox for her which would believe have been standard instead of the trumpets on the carbs.
wheels are original with the black plastic caps on the spokes.brakes are not connected.tank is the original aluminium item with some dents, but very repairable.Fairing is all there with no major damage.
I have the key and VX in my name but no other paperwork.
These are seen on the market now and then at any thing between and XXk so there is lots of room for restoring it for lot less than it will be worth when completed.
If your after very rare and worthwhile restoration project then this could be for you, will not have the time to do it myself in the foreseeable future and is taking up room in my unit so has to go.
This bike is sold as seen for obvious reasons.
