To answer your question will assume you have not done this before
Firstly it is not possible for the previous owner to do it as ownership has passed onto me.
Next to complete registration in SA  you will need to take it down to regency park inspection center to do this you will either need too put it on trailer or get temp registration for the day but either way the bike must be ridden on to the inspection ramp once you get there
There is small amount of paper work to do and have all that info the guys there are simply verifying the paper work is matching the details on the bike eg Vin number and engine number once that is completed you take it to sa service just up the road and pay for the rego and transfer fees that's it.

If was too do it and my physical condition will not would organize day permit that would allow you too ride it from here directly to regency park have the id check done ride it to SA service center kl away do the rego and transfer ride it home.
