Ground up rebuilt XXXX CBRXXXRR Vance and Hines tribute bike. Recently completed this bike is tribute to great exhaust brand. What wanted to achieve was look that could have been done back in the day rather than trying to make the bike look like something that has been updated. Anything and everything in the bike has been replaced with new, rebuilt, or refurbished. The bike runs XX-inch front wheel, rebuilt suspension (including rechromed forks), aftermarket bars and rearsets. The engine is rebuilt with higher compression pistons and ported head and goes very well (faster than my later model CBRXXX track bike). Vance and Hines wise, the bike runs very rare V&H Powerpak CDI ignition unit, rare Vance and Hines branded NRC racing engine case covers, V&H styled muffler and custom V&H/Honda tank decals. All of the work on the bike has been done with the highest attention to detail and the bike is only for sale due to having to make room for future projects as get more pleasure out of building custom bikes these days than riding them on the road.
