Good condition for bike that's XX years old. Tyres XX%, extra's include original mirrors, helmet lock, bike cover, manual on CD. Pillion seat is OK, and would be better with new cover. Tank paint is good but the fairing paint is average blank canvas that you could bring back to original, paint it funky colour or simply ride as is. (The Ninja stickers are not original!)
Fitted with legal carbon pipe and had roadworthy in November XXXX which cost us $XXX as it had new rotors fitted front and rear. We purchased the bike for my wife to get back into riding but we have only put XXXkms on it since December XXXX.  It has low seat height (as she is short!) and it just as good to ride two up. 
Previous owner had it on Club Rego, but is currently on full rego:  It is being sold as no RWC, No Rego but if you want RWC done (at your expense) then we can work together so you have the remaining rego. Otherwise the plate will simply be taken off on sale. 
Selling to buy donkey (Yes donkey). Remember this is XX years old, it's no CBRXXX or Yamaha RX so don't expect pocket rocket. Would be great for the Club rider that wants cheap bike that goes all day. 
Will not negotiate on price, and please read the details above as won't answer stupid questions. have no idea if this would be LAMS approved.
