Testsuya Harada Replica XXXX RSXXX Aprilia. XX,XXXkm total. Compliance date XX/XXXX. Australian delivered not grey import. XX-months NSW rego. This bike has done only XXXkm since full restoration completed in early May. It then went back on the bench for mini Xst service and check over after the rebuild.
The following was done to the bike: Full engine rebuild including new pistons, rings, rebuilt powervalves, low mile crank fitted, clutch rebuild, gearbox rebuild, carburettors rebuilt with standard jetting. All wiring and cables checked and replaced where needed. New airfilter, new battery, expansion chambers de-coked, radiator flushed, waterpump seal and bearing replaced.
Chassis: New steering-head bearings, swingarm bearings and seals, linkages serviced, new wheelbearings front and rear, new sprocket carrier bearing, forks serviced, shock serviced, brakes serviced and flushed, rebuilt master-cylinders both ends, new front brake pads, new Pirelli Supercorsa tyres, new chain and sprockets, full strip down and rebuild entire bike.
Not cosmetic rebuild, so has original paint, battlescars of XX-year-old two-stroke, and original paint and stickers and the fuel tank is not original black and has been home sprayed. However, still presents nicely and is mechanically XXX% as good as new. Rides like new.
