am selling this bike for mature age friend who has owned it for the past eight years and has now decided to give up motorcycling or possibly get smaller bike.  The bike has been much loved and only used for long road trips on weekends but never as a daily commuter.  It has been regularly serviced  and is in excellent overall condition.  It starts and runs beautifully and rides very well. No rips or holes in the seat.  Everything is where it should be and is unmolested.  The original Yamaha toolkit is still under the seat. I understand that these particular bikes are legendary for their very strong mechanicals and will run hundreds of thousands of kilometres without trouble.  It is fitted with genuine Yamaha panniers (made by Krauser Germany believe), rear rack, engine protection bars and manual throttle lock/cruise control.  The bike has scratches on the LHS Upper Fairing and very minor scratches on the LHS muffler as the result of very low speed fall in the driveway.  The clutch lever is slightly bent as the result of the same accident but is totally functional.  have attached clear photos of this damage for you to view.Both front fork seals have just been replaced.  The bike is currently registered in Victoria until XX April XXXX.  The bike will need tyres for RWC.  Tyres can be done, along with RWC at cost for the successful bidder/buyer however the listed price is for the bike AS IS with NO registration or RWC.  If you want the bike registered and with RWC the price will be higher. The bike must be sold and would be great machine for someone getting back into motorcycling or looking to do some long distance touring.Payment will be Cash/Bank Cheque on Delivery,  EFT prior to delivery or PayPal but the buyer will pay the fees.It is preferred that you inspect the bike before you bid but that is your call.  No warranty is expressed or implied so please look carefully at the pictures.  Happy to answer your questions to the best of my ability.  Mobile   Thanks for looking and good luck!
