XXXX Ducati XXX KITTri-colore, homologation special, only XXX worldwide Youare bidding on one of the rare Tri-Colore race bikes, the XXX KIT bike. Notethat had to enter mileage and title category, however the mileage isunknown, as this model was delivered by the factory without speedo nor anodometer. The bike was never registered, has no title and comes with Bill ofSale only. Easyrecognizable identification marks for the KIT model are the braced swingarm,the instrument panel without speedo and the most curious telltale sign of itbeing Kit bike was round ring on the seat. The story goes that the seatdefect is from hot Expresso maker that someone at the factory placed on themold before they started production. During his ownership he rode it just few timeson the street. For over year it was also exhibited in museum. The steeringhead is stamped ZDMXXXS*XXXXXX* DGM XXXXXX, Engine is ZDMXXXWX*XXXXXX*. Thefront cylinder head is stamped with A. The bike has sticker on the frame whichis in German and states Type:XXXS, Frame XXXXXX, max total weight: XXXkg. Mileageis unknown, as there is no odometer. There is no title or registration, if youwant to use the bike on the street, check with your State if it can beregistered on Bill of Sale.-Fully serviced in Jan XXXX at DucShop, specialists for Ducati race bikes.Engine was fully checked out, new belts, valves adjusted, hoses replaced, allfluid changed, brakes and clutch cylinders overhauled and new street tires mounted.The bike starts, idles and runs fine. -The wheels and exhaust were refinished few years ago by the previous owner.   The color of the exhaust is dark grey, Iwould have preferred black.   The rear wheel has slight indent on therim, see picture  Front and rear tires are new-At some time the rear shock has been changed to shock with remote reservoir.   to accommodate this modification, the rightrear fairing has cut out, see pictures-steering damper is missing-rear brake stop switch needs replacing, front brake switch ok-rear signals added but no flasher mounted-The body is in nice shape, never crashed or dropped. Some stress cracks in thefairing joints and few small chips and scratches, most likely from track daysin its early years, as well as from moving around the last XX years. -There are very small dings on the top left side of the fuel tank Bill of Sale only, no title or registration papersSale is final, sold as is, where is  -  nowarranty, no returns.Nonrefundabledeposit of $XXX by Paypal.
