SHED CLEANOUT CONTINUES....It's now time for my Ducati MHR XXXX Mille to go to new home.  am the forth owner of this lovely machine with the previous listed in the Instruction book that will go with the bike.  Since have owned it had Mark Elliot (a twin cylinder specialist in this area) remove the original ignition and replace it with new Sachse system.  Mark also pulled the head and barrels off and replaced what needed to be replaced (ie rings, gudgeon pins, self centralising bearings, 'o' rings, gaskets, opening and closing shims, bevel bearings etc), stripped both carbies and put carby kit through both and checked the bottom end (without splitting the cases) and couldn't find any evident problems.Since the rebuild she now starts with that Bevel drive "crack" and settles into steady idle without any assistance.So if your keen to grab yourself piece of Ducati history (there were reportedly just over XXXX of these bikes produced) this one is very good example with nothing to spend.  The indicators are after market as can no longer source the original from anywhere that have looked....

Disclosure....Before the bidding reaches the reserve price, forgot to mention (comes with age) the rims do have some peeling of the clear coat.  posted photo of example but in reality this discolouration is darker than the photo shows.  Also forgot to mention that also have original MHR mirrors that goes with the bike.
