This is Kawasaki HX Triple project that does not run and needs complete restoration. recently purchased this with the intention to dismantle and part it out but after searching on the Kawasaki triple sites I feel that it deserves to be kept together and restored. I do not have the space, time, knowledge or funds to restore it but hopefully someone else will take up the challenge.  I do not know the bikes history other than the bike was local to southern Ontario Canada and last licensed in XXXX. It then sat in storage trailer for few (XX) years before being offered to me. applied for and received new ownership and the bike is now in my name.  I haven't done anything other than loosen the rear wheel and remove the chain link to allow it to roll and did fill the crankcase with new oil to stop any further corrosion. The engine is locked up but looks complete with no broken cooling fins. Carbs look correct, the tank doesn't appear to be rotted through, gauges are present as well as the Kawasaki key.  The seat and pan are shot and the bike does have some serious "patina" on most surfaces. Please look at the pictures and realize quick paint jobs not going to fix it. It is needing complete restoration.  I will take additional pictures if required. These bikes were beautiful, fast and dangerous and do recommend researching some you tube videos to see and hear these beauties in action.My reserve is about half of what its worth if parted out so please don't ask what it is. If the reserve is not met I may reconsider parting it out.Please make sure you are able to pay before bidding and that shipping is your responsibility. am willing to continue storing it in my garage for a few weeks if needed to allow you to arrange shipping. On May-XX-XX at XX:XX:XX PDT, seller added the following information:I have received few questions regarding importing this bike into the USA. do have an Ontario Ownership (title) in my name. Once payment is made sign it over to you. As far as importing you will need the ownership along with bill of sale. searched the US customs site and since the bike is greater than XX years old it does not need to meet the DOT or EPA standards.
