 Up for auction is XXXX Honda SLXXX. The actual date on the bike is; of XX' and the Vin SLXXXXXXXXXX and the motor SLXXXE-XXXXXXX the mileage on the bike is; XXXX This bike does run good, may need some fine tunning. Things it needs; front tire tube (it will air up and stay up for little while), side covers have cracks in them but not bad, foot peg rubbers on the front & kick start rubber. The right exhaust is in pretty good shape, it has rust hole about inch by inch in the muffler right where it hooks to the header pipe. The left side is shot, you can see it in the pics.
Now for the good stuff; All the gauges work, all the lights work including the little high/low beam light on the headlight, brake light tail light, all the switches work. All the chrome is really nice on it except there is pitting on the handlebars. It has the original SLXXX Luggage rack and it is stamped, you can see it in one of the pics. All brakes work and have nice pads on them. The bike does run and it runs good. cleaned the carbs and the tank and the plugs and the points and changed the oil, put new seat on it and new battery in it. kick started it and took it out for spin, runs really good. It also has electric start and it works also. The horn works too....Beep-Beep. This bike would be an easy restore because it is all there. did change out the key switch with one from XXXX SL and it plugged right in, but saved the original one and its in the tool box on the bike in case you want to have key made and put the original back on so you can lock the steering lock.
I'm sure i'm probably forgetting something so please ask questions Before bidding and check all the pictures. Being sold as is, where is.
