XXXX TRIUMPH TXXXR BONNEVILLEMOSTLY COMPLETERESTORATION PROJECT, COMPLETE RUNNING ENGINENO RESERVE YOU BID,YOU WIN!On offer is mostlycomplete ??XX Triumph Bonneville resto/refurb project as described in detailbelow. All major components and significant parts are included, as well as mostof the fastener hardware. The complete engine was pulled from running Bonneville recently, slight oil weepage, otherwise runs great.CHASSIS & SUSPENSION- "Dry" framewith swingarm and many chassis & cycle parts powdercoated gloss black. Forks include extra pair of stanchion tubes & seals. Used shocks with rechromed shroud tops. Original head steady tabs and ignition coil mounting plate have been removed; alternate coil mounting must be used (original coil mounting clamp assemblies are included), and new tabs welded up for the head steadies. (X) "Dog Bone" head steadies included. Non-original gas tank mounts need bit of work. Sidestand only (used), no centerstand.WHEELS, BRAKES &TIRES ?? Complete front and rearwheel & brake assemblies include Boranni alloy rims; good condition tires & tubes (older, but good tread and no cracking). Front brake is XXXX/XX Twin Leading Shoe, the preferred front brake of all classic Triumphs. Complete front end needs proper bearings and spacers in the frame head. Steering damper is missing some parts.ENGINE ?? Complete running engine was pulled from low mileage Street Tracker (from my collection, overhauled it). It is installed with few odd bolts & nuts, needs all proper mounting hardware. Engine has less than XXX miles since total overhaul, and was never raced or thrashed hard (really). Basically, took it to bunch of bike shows, and rode it in bike games; it was never licensed on the street. NO red-lining, burnouts, or other abuse. The Street Tracker is shown in the "ENGINE & WHEELS ONLY!" photo, when the engine was clean. Hunt magneto NOT INCLUDED, it's already been sold, sorry.INTAKE & EXHAUST ?? Amal Monobloc carbs need rebuild kits and proper phenolic mounting spacers; NOS Beck velocity stacks (classic). Original style air filters included, need proper mounting adapters & clamps. Standard new exhaust headers, (no "L" brackets, no finned top mounting clamps). will include buyers choice of mini mufflers (lousy photo, sorry, they are nice and shiny), or mini megaphones (rough).IGNITION ?? NO IGNITION, recommend modern electronic unit such as Pazon.HAND & FOOT CONTROLS?? Original footpegs andbrake pedal, powdercoated. OEM style hand levers and throttle in faircondition. Decent used handlebars, Grantourismo hand grips. Missing the rear brake actuator rod, currently set up with coat hangar wire for rolling and loading purposes (it works fine at garage & loading ramp speeds).ELECTRICAL &LIGHTING - Rechromed Lucas headlight shell (bare), original Lucas taillight assembly w/ license plate mounting backplate. Good used wiring harness, "finned egg" Zener diode, original Lucas diode plate rectifier. Used horn/dipper switch.METERS ?? Smiths meters probably need overhaul (might work, but no guarantee). Mileage inaccurate.CABLES & HOSES ?? No cables, no fuel and/or oil hoses.BRACKETS & MISC - Battery tray mounts, muffler mount plates, pillion footpegs and mounts, oil tank mount all powdercoated. Bike is assembled with many mismatched and incorrect fasteners, except for the engine which is very complete. Very good condition used drive chain included.BODYWORK ?? Original X.X gallon gas tank with early 'XX paint & tank top parcel grid; very good condition later style seat (no hinges). Good condition oil tank. Headlight ears powdercoated. Rear fender rechromed, front fender in fair condition, adapted mounts to clear larger tire. Sidecover in good condition, has extra holes drilled in it. Chainguard was repaired and painted, but got some scratches in storage.DOCUMENTATION - This bike is sold with notarized Bill of Sale ONLY.I can provide legal registration and plate for an additional fee at BUYER.'Sexpense (process takes X-X weeks after auction ends).SHIPPING - BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY. recommend J.C.Motors and/or Keyboard Motorcycle Shippers. I will install all remaining parts as shown in photos before shipping.BOTTOM LINEWhat you see is what youget. Decent photos and good descriptions are provided, ask all thequestions you want.IF YOU HAVE ZERO OR SINGLE DIGIT EBAY SCORE, YOU MUST MESSAGE ME BEFORE BIDDING!As with every bike, project and part I??ve sold online in over XX years (with XXX% satisfaction),the above listing contains no hype, no fluff and NO BULL. SOLD AS-IS. ALL SALESFINAL, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS.Thanx for looking andbidding!
