Here for sale is my XXXX Yamaha YMX XXX classic motorbike, XX years old!
I bought this several years ago but have done nothing with it, it was on display for few years at the now sadly defunct Granby Motors of Ilkeston.
Originally imported into the UK by and Motorcycles it has all the neccessary paperwork to register in the UK.
A few small parts are missing mainly the mainstand and the lefthand switch/lever assembly but all of these parts are available on ebay.com
A mechanic had it running for me many years ago and advised that it needed stripping down and rebuilding with new seals, etc due to its age but that is pretty normal thing to due to any older machine.
The mileage of just over XXXX miles would appear to be correct considering the condition but can obviously not guarantee it.
Matching frame and engine numbers which is important on Yamaha.
It is in very original condition with nice patina about it, some of the chrome has pitting, paint is original, the inside of the petrol tank is good and the original whitewall seat is in good shape.
It has been fitted with the Big Bear scrambler exhausts which may have been an option at the time as it also has Yokohama trail tyres which again could have been an option when new.
The bike is located in Ilkeston and will need to be collected in either van or on trailer as it hasnt run for several years.
