bought this bike in April XXXX having just passed the CBT.  bought it privately with it having covered just XXX miles.  It's sole purpose for me was to help me gain road riding experience before completing Direct Access course.  have been driving cars for XX years but wanted to be more competent with operating and controlling bike before attempting full license training.  All XXXX miles covered on the bike were in dry conditions, aside from occasions when was caught in light showers.  All my riding was evenings and weekend, no commuting.  have now passed the Direct Access course, hence the bike is for sale, and no longer in use.

The previous owner bought the bike in July XXXX with the same intention as me, but unfortunately dropped the bike at the end of the driveway which was enough to put them off riding.  They kept it in the garage with several other impressive bikes until bought it in April XXXX.

Although the bike was dropped, the only remaining evidence are scratches to the plastic exhaust cover and chrome headlight surround.  Neither of these bothered me, but the parts can easily be replaced by the new owner.  The drop certainly had no effect on how the bike rides.  All geometry correct and engine runs perfectly.

As bought the bike to learm with, servicing has been done by myself under the watchful eye of friends who have ridden and serviced bikes for many years.  In the short time I've had the bike, the chain has been fully degreased and correctly lubricated at least or times and I've adjusted the chain couple of times; mainly to reherse the process, negligible adjustment actually required!!  The engine oil was changed when bought the bike and with such low miles isn't due another change until at least the XXXX mile service.  Tyres, brakes etc... all in good condition with plenty more miles left in them.

I have really enjoyed this bike and highly recommend it for anyone wishing to learn to ride.  Its neutral seating position, relatively small size and light weight really help build confidence.  You'll find it hard to locate another one of these in this condition with such low mileage!!

I have the VX log book in my name registered at my home address.  Viewing can be arranged at my home address.

There are ignition keys and the owners manual included.

I also have top box which will be included in the sale if the full asking price is paid, along with Haynes manual.
