BMW 1150RS 2004 for sale

This is my lovely XXXX RS, purchased this bike last year with view to doing some touring, and guess what, its hardly turned wheel, the usual story im afraid, it was good idea at the time but all its done is create shortage of space in my garage so think its time to admit defeat !!I looked at several bikes during my search for this one, despite its mileage it is in lovely condition, much better than some bikes looked at with only half as many miles on the clock. The service book shows that it did most of the mileage in the first years of its life, it had completed XXXXX miles by the XX/XX/XX, and had the benefit of having full BMW service history during that time, as shown in the service book, since then there are several receipts for various items, the latest was for new battery fitted by me weeks ago.The bike is MOTd until November and is sorn at the moment, the bike is in really good condition, it has good tyres, the engine sounds really sweet and it starts at the first touch of the button, it really is lovely bike to ride, very comfortable and smooth, the seat is adjustable and it is fitted with all the usual extras like the heated grips etc, all of which are in working condition, the usually troublesome ABS system has been converted to non ABS sys so ther wont be reliability problem with that. One thing that happened while was fitting the battery was that the seat fell on to the floor and caught the foot peg on the way down, it has put slight nick in the seat cover which am really annoyed about, apart from that all is good, it has the original tool kit and manuals under the seat along with the service book, incidentally the oil/filter was last changed about XXX miles ago, The bike is ready to go touring this summer, have realistic reserve on it, but for XXXX XXXX RS it is still excellent value as it is set under ??XXXX.
