For sale is my red Triumph Sprint Sport XXX (Limited Edition) from XXXX. It's on UK plates/VX and was MOT'd at the end of May (XXth) this year by Laguna Triumph based in Ashford, Kent one advisory for the rear brake pads (I have set, unopened and ready to be fitted). They also replaced the plugs and coils to cure misfire. Servicing is easy, usually oil and filter change the air filter is K&N and if any attention is required it is just rinse so there are no recent stamps in the book but see below.I have had the bike for over year and bought it from the motorcycle mechanic who looks after the bikes for the Derbyshire Constabulary he had it for five years and looked after the bike in his home workshop. He used the bike for European touring and loved Triumphs, his workshop was stacked out with them!The bike is in excellent condition and has just clicked over XX,XXX miles/XX,XXXkm.The bike is fitted with Triumph hugger, modified seat built on standard base, re-foamed and re-covered to create 'bum-stop' to stop rider and pillion from sliding about and is MUCH more comfortable than standard: did the trip from Calais to Collinee, Brittany, in one go apart from fuel in the pouring rain and could have ridden further. Did mention the Skidmarx touring screen? Coming with the bike is specially ordered, brand-new but unfitted Powerbronze carbon look belly-pan. The exhausts have also been replaced just couple of months ago with Motad Venom pipes in stainless steel Motad made the original exhausts for Triumph they are not too loud ie they don't attract unwelcome attention but they do sound nice and they look better than the standard itemsThe bike had Michelin Road Pilot III's fitted less than XXXX miles ago reckon on X-XX,XXX miles life and they transformed the bike. Similarly the chain and sprocket were replaced in the last X,XXX miles and kept lubricated with Scottoiler the drip pipe needs to be replaced so for the last XXX miles have used chain lube couple of cans are included. At XX don't pull wheelies!Just to confirm the current position it is UK REGISTERED BUT IS IN COLLINEE, BRITTANY NEAR DINARD AIRPORT (cheap Ryanair flights from East Midlands, Leeds Bradford and Stansted) AND St MALO FERRY PORTIt's economical, reliable, easy to maintain, British, cheap to run and cheap to insure have just renewed my UK insurance at cost of ??XX fully comprehensive.I'm selling it as have just bought French-registered BMW have thought about keeping it in the UK but for all sorts of reasons that isn't going to happen.At the moment the bike is at my house in Brittany, am happy to collect buyer from Dinard airport or St Malo ferry port. Ryanair fly into Dinard from Stansted, East Midlands and Leeds Bradford on regular, scheduled basis and flights can be as little as ??XX one way (far enough in advance) and the most have paid is ??XX used to pay ??XXX return to London from Matlock in Derbyshire! There is also possibility of my bringing the bike back to the UK. If do it will be located in Sandbach, close to junction XX on the MX.If the full offer price is made then will Include a Triumph tank bag and pair of Triumph throw-over panniers, the latter with integral rain covers so they can't get lost. .
