Suzuki DL1000 2002 CAT D for sale

For Sale is my Suzuki DLXXXX. Please read before bidding.
Also included is large detachable Top Box which comfortably holds motorcycle helmets.
The bike rides well but have not used it for over year and as result brakes have seized, battery is dead and some work is needed to get it through the MOT. have dropped off the bike at Suzuki Dealer to give me list of what needs doing.
To Pass the MOTThe Front & Back Brakes seized so this needs cleaning up (the guy just had to tap the calipers to get them moving but proper clean out is what is required.)The Front Tyre needs replacingThe garage estimates circa ??XXX of work involved to do this.
In addition some other jobs need to be performed:New BatteryBecause the battery ran flat, the data tool alarm has broken. The guy has cut some wires and to stop the alarm getting upset but more permanent job needs to be done to remove the alarm entirely from the bikeThe clutch bar needs replacing.Plus the bike needs service.
All in including the MOT the garage estimates circa ??XXX-??XXX
In addition the bike needs nice clean up after sitting under tree for some time. However it runs well and it started up first time after the guy sacked off the alarm and attached new battery.
If the winner wishes to pay for the bike to be serviced etc am happy to organise this. However, suspect there will be bidders who will be able to carry out the work themselves for considerably less or if someone wishes to break the bike down for parts.
I have attached the MOT failure sheet for anyone that wishes to see it. Please note there are some other advisory items.
As said, the bike runs well, so for anyone with concerns about it after it has been served & MOT'ed, I rode it down to lands end and back in monsoon conditions with out problems only couple of years ago.
The key for the top box is with the bike in the garage so wasn't able to show photo of two helmets inside but you should be able to get feel for it with the images provided.
I have been as transparent as can be, so please no time wasters or tyre kickers.
