This machine is a later model DUCATI XXXIE having the larger brakes with Frame Number ZDMXXXPXX-XXXXXX and Engine number XXXXXX.The paintwork is generally excellent although some of the black on the engine cases is as one would expect for Ducati of this age, but still not too bad. The seat cover shows signs of wear and the mirror glasses are discoloured, not that the mirrors are of any practical use anyway. have owned the bike for little over two years and have covered less than X,XXX miles on it but during this time have renewed the clutch complete, chain, sprockets and normal service items such as fluids, brake pads etc. The bike starts instantly from hot or cold, runs very nicely with steady idle and good fuelling at all throttle positions. Some of the idiot lights do not work but as you can see there are further two instrument consoles included so it should be possible to build one good one out of these. New consoles are not available. Speedo, rev-counter, gauges and clock are all fine, as are the indicator warning lights etc.You should be fully familiar with what you are bidding for and viewing is highly recommended. Located in Dorset, UK. The silencers are the only non standard items on this machine and the originals are also included. Payment by cash on collection from Dorset or Bank Transfer in full within days of the auction ending. The bike will be released upon receipt of cleared funds.
